	Apartment When speed is of the essence, we are fully capable of moving quickly. This top-floor, two-bedroom apartment’s redesign took just three months, from initial survey to completion. The challenge was how to lighten what was a gloomy space. Our solution – as simple as it was effective – was to demolish a central wall to give a through view and to bring light into the inner spaces. This was complemented by the use of glass panels to partially conceal the kitchen and create distinct dining and living areas. The finished apartment was sold for an exceptionally high price.
