North Farm rural development, Wiston Estate, Findon:
The existing farm, some 26 acres, contain a variety of buildings from grain stores to warehouses to old barns.
We produced a masterplan with many innovative ideas in response to client brief to regenerate the whole area, including a new winery with a restaurant and tasting facilities.
