Situated on a former orchard this new family dwelling follows a simple barn typology with a contemporary twist. Nestling into the hillside, the structure provides open plan living with commanding views across the countryside. The site is within a restricted planning area so we have taken care to ensure the best possible situation on site for the build, maximising light and allowing for further landscaping work to create gardens and orchards. This project is being developed currently with sketch models for pre planning consultation.
